The commission framework applicable to Our affiliates is not standardized. Instead, it is determined individually through negotiation and mutual agreement. The specific commission rates, whether percentage-based or fixed, shall be outlined within the terms agreed upon between the affiliate and the PARTNER. This customized structure is designed to equitably reflect each affiliate’s distinct value and contribution. Affiliates are encouraged to engage in direct discussions with the PARTNER to negotiate and confirm commission terms that are fair and mutually advantageous.

4. PARTNER’S RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
4.1 The PARTNER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, nullify, or cancel any Affiliate Application at any time.

4.2 It is the responsibility of the PARTNER to furnish the Affiliate with appropriate promotional materials and essential information necessary for the effective marketing of the Affiliate Program.

4.3 The PARTNER shall manage all turnover generated via tracking links, record net revenues, calculate all payable commissions, and provide access to relevant player data to the Affiliate.

4.4 The PARTNER retains full authority to decline the registration of any New Customer or to suspend or terminate such customer accounts at its discretion, in order to satisfy regulatory or business requirements.

5. UNLAWFUL AND UNFAIR PRACTICES
5.1 Affiliates are prohibited from offering any form of added incentive to Referred Customers without the PARTNER’s prior written approval. Any violation of this condition may result in the immediate termination of your Affiliate Agreement and forfeiture of all future Revenue Share. Additionally, neither the Affiliate nor any direct relatives (including spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling) are eligible to receive Revenue Share from accounts registered under their own names or those of said relatives. Affiliates must not interfere with, manipulate, or alter the function of any links, buttons, or interactive elements on the PARTNER Website. The use of one’s own tracking links for personal gain or fraudulent self-referral is expressly forbidden.

5.2 Affiliates and their Sub-Affiliates must adhere to all relevant gaming and data protection laws, including but not limited to the European Directive 2002/58/EC, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and any applicable national legislation.
Specifically:
  • Marketing may only be directed to individuals who have provided explicit, verifiable consent. Records of such consent must be maintained and made available upon request.
  • All email communications must clearly indicate that they originate from the Affiliate and not the PARTNER.
  • Each email must include a clear and easily accessible option to unsubscribe from future communications

5.3 The PARTNER reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without notice if You are found in breach of gambling advertising regulations or data protection laws. Furthermore, You shall not benefit from traffic suspected or known to be generated in bad faith. The PARTNER reserves the right to withhold all due payments under this Agreement if such activity is identified.

5.4 Generating traffic through bots, automated software, or any artificial means is strictly forbidden. All traffic must be authentic and verifiable. Affiliates are also prohibited from:
  • Bidding on or using the PARTNER’s intellectual property, including trademarks, brand names, or variations/misspellings thereof, for online advertising without prior written approval.
  • Registering domains that resemble or may be mistaken for PARTNER’s domains or trademarks.
  • Promoting resources targeting Sweden or the Netherlands or using Swedish or Dutch language content. These activities are legally restricted and will result in immediate account termination if discovered.

5.5 Affiliates marketing to UK-based customers must comply with advertising standards set by the Committees of Advertising Practice (CAP and BCAP) and enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority. Key obligations include:
  • Marketing must not be misleading and must include all significant terms directly in the advertisement where possible.
  • In space-limited formats (e.g., banners), these conditions must be accessible within one click.
  • Promotional ads must not redirect users directly to a registration page without showing the applicable terms. Breaches of these requirements may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate Agreement without notice.

5.6 Affiliates and Sub-Affiliates must fully comply with the PARTNER’s Advertising Policy throughout the term of this Agreement. The current version can be obtained through your account manager. Non-compliance constitutes a material breach and may result in withheld or suspended payments. The PARTNER may extend payment holds during investigations and reserves the right to take additional actions to protect legal compliance and brand integrity.

5.7 DISCLAIMER. The Company strictly prohibits all forms of fraudulent activity.

Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to: generating fake leads or sales; using bots, scripts, or automated tools; cookie stuffing; click fraud; use of stolen or false data; brand bidding or typosquatting; unauthorized use of trademarks; and any deceptive practices intended to artificially inflate commissions.

The Company reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take action against any suspected fraudulent activity, including immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account, withholding of commissions, and legal action.

Affiliates are required to cooperate fully with any investigation and promptly report any suspected fraud. Failure to comply may result in permanent removal from the program.

6. PAYMENTS
Affiliate payments shall be disbursed to Your account with the PARTNER in accordance with the following conditions:
a. Monthly payments shall only be processed when the accumulated Revenue Share exceeds € 500. Should the monthly earnings fall below this threshold, such amounts will be withheld and rolled over until the cumulative total surpasses € 500 in a subsequent month. Payments will be issued only when there is a positive balance exceeding this minimum threshold.
b. Negative Revenue Share balances for any given month shall not be carried forward to future periods.
c. You will have access to detailed commission reports and referral statistics through your personal affiliate dashboard, outlining all Referred Customers and associated Net Generated Revenues.
d. If a Referred Customer generates a negative Net Revenue of at least € 7,000 within a given month, they will be classified as a "High-Roller". In such cases, if the overall Net Revenue for the month is negative, the High-Roller's loss will be carried forward and offset against that same player’s future positive Net Revenue. This negative amount may not be offset against other players' revenues. Only if the same player again qualifies as a High-Roller in future months will new negative balances be carried forward. All related adjustments will be transparently presented on your account and finalized at the end of each calendar month.

6.2 We reserve the right to withhold commissions and/or suspend or terminate your account if it is determined that Referred Customers have engaged in abuse of any Website promotions, regardless of whether such actions occurred with or without your knowledge, and irrespective of any test period being in effect.

6.3 No payment shall be issued unless your account with the Company contains complete and accurate payment details. For bank transfers, this includes beneficiary name and address, bank details, and SWIFT code. For cryptocurrency, the correct wallet address and other required details must be provided. The Company bears no responsibility for delays or non-receipt of payments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete payment data and shall not compensate for such losses. The Affiliate assumes all liability for costs incurred due to errors in payment instructions, including return fees, corrections, rerouting, or investigations.

7. PROHIBITED TOPICS AND ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS
7.1 You and Your Sub-Affiliates are strictly prohibited from implementation any form of "Unfair Advertising" - the advertising that violates established rules, ethical standards, or legal regulations, including the exploitation of prohibited themes, misleading content, or targeting restricted audiences. The Company also reserves the right to withhold payments indefinitely until the completion of an internal investigation and resolution of all disputed matters. These measures are implemented to ensure compliance with legislation, advertising platform rules, and the protection of the Company’s reputation.

10.3 In the event of identifying violations of the PARTNER’s Advertising Policy, PARTNER reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately at the same time. These measures are implemented to ensure compliance with legislation, advertising platform rules, and the protection of the PARTNER‘s reputation.

10.4 To prevent termination of Agreement and retain active status, all affiliates are obligated to regularly liaise with the PARTNER and manage outstanding payments.
